CUTTING INTO THE BRICK WALL TO MAXIMIZE SPACE
The owner of this duplex approached us for a total reconfiguration of the second floor. Among the items on the agenda, light was without a doubt one of the key points. We first opened the brick wall to let the sunlight in and gain more space by joining the living room zone to the kitchen area. Opening up access allowed us to integrate a full bathroom above which we installed a large skylight.
ACCESSORY BUT ESSENTIAL
For the finishing touch, the kitchen furniture was made-to-measure to accommodate unique accessories such as a built-in cellar in the dining room, a steel powder-coated backsplash in the kitchen and other few details that make the difference.
