A WELL THOUGHT-OUT TAKE-OUT
Located in Montreal, Lola Rosa vegetarian restaurants have been reaching for the past 10 years a clientele avid for tasty meals and relaxed atmosphere.
Launching in the Quartier de l’innovation a new location almost exclusively devoted to take-out orders, the owners mandated us to improve their service and develop a new client profile. The young veggie chain took advantage of this further step to review its entire branding whilst at the same time setting up this new locale on William Street as the “kitchen hub” which will eventually supply future Lola Rosa outlets. We carried out the entire project as a rollout, namely a QSR easy to clone and easy to deploy.
Architecturally and design-wise, we have managed to preserve Lola Rosa’s unique character and atmosphere while instilling a more contemporary look. We also banked on practical and cost-saving strategies that make operations flow easier throughout the organization: a win-win situation for the clients, the cooks and the cashiers.
This overall exercise gave us the opportunity to rethink Lola Rosa’s visual identity all through its various applications: objects, accessories, uniforms, displays, boxes and labels.
