Good food, fast

Homey sit-down vegetarian restaurant Lola Rosa was about to shift business online and toward takeaway. The entire format of the business was being rethought, but Lola Rosa had to stay Lola Rosa. The mandate amounted to no less than designing a new kind of take-out restaurant.

The Lola Rosa atmosphere was recreated in the space and anchored to a design easy to duplicate and scale to future sites. The new, streamlined operation works more like a QSR and yet retains the quaint, warm feel that first brought Lola Rosa success.
