Atypical, difficult space makes Melk Coffee Bar project a real design-thinking challenge, a balancing act between necessity and aesthetics.
Not only was this project a design-thinking tightrope walk between necessity and aesthetics, but it was also a reminder of how much thought can go into aspects of design that people might overlook. Find out more.

Scrap Series
The idea behind the Scraps Series Coffee Tables goes beyond reducing waste in the industry. It seeks to impart a sense of nobility to the debris that is often left behind.
Working with Atelier B, our combined design, materials, and finishing knowhow resulted in a series of unique pieces. Concrete, asphalt, marble and natural stone scraps too small to be used otherwise were cut, polished and sealed before being fitted with their own custom steel seat rails and legs.
